Nigerian music star Davido has announced plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Political Science in the United Kingdom, confirming a temporary pause in his music career.

He is already a graduate of Babcock University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in 2015.

He was also honoured with a doctorate in music from Clifford University in 2025.
