Deji Adeyanju advises TikTok star Peller to return to school, recommending law studies to complement his online fame and financial success

Nigerian activist and lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, has urged popular TikTok content creator Habeeb “Peller” Hamzat to return to formal education, emphasising that academic qualifications remain crucial despite online fame.

Adeyanju issued the advice in response to Peller’s recent feud with fellow streamer Jarvis, whom he accused of being involved in money laundering.

While acknowledging that Peller’s social media presence has brought him recognition and financial rewards, Adeyanju said education would provide long-term value and credibility beyond the digital space.

“Peller should go to school. Education will shape his life and destiny. He can still be doing all the TikTok and making money, but education will add real value to his life,” Adeyanju stated.

The activist specifically recommended a degree in law, noting that legal training would enhance Peller’s reasoning skills and understanding of the ethical and legal consequences of his online actions.

“Let me suggest that he considers a degree in law, but he must get a credit in Literature in English first,” he added.

Adeyanju argued that combining formal education with social media influence would allow the young entertainer to achieve greater credibility and long-term relevance in his career.

The recommendation comes amid growing scrutiny of social media influencers in Nigeria and their accountability for public statements and online conduct.
