Odumodublvck Faces Assault Lawsuit, Hearing Set for Nov 26

Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, is facing a legal battle after being accused of assault and battery by Abuja-based photographer and entertainer Levi Ogbogiri, also known as Kraziecent.

An Abuja High Court has fixed November 26, 2025, for the hearing of the case, which stems from an incident said to have occurred at a public event on December 16, 2024.

According to court filings, Kraziecent alleges that Odumodublvck physically attacked him without provocation while he was capturing photos and videos at the event. The plaintiff claims to have suffered:

His lawyer stated that all legal documents had been duly served to Odumodublvck, but the rapper had not filed a formal defence at the time of the initial hearing.

Odumodublvck’s legal team was present in court and requested an adjournment to allow adequate time for case preparation, which was granted by the presiding judge.
