Sabinus Meets Lookalike in Hilarious Surprise Encounter

Nigerian comedian Sabinus meets his lookalike at an event, sparking laughter and playful banter as fans react to the uncanny resemblance.

Popular Nigerian comedian and skit maker, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, widely known as Sabinus, was left in stitches after meeting his lookalike at a recent event.

The encounter, which quickly went viral on social media, took place as Sabinus was being introduced to a man who bore an uncanny resemblance to him — down to the trademark blue shirt and signature Afro hairstyle that Sabinus is known for in his skits.

As soon as he spotted his doppelgänger, the Port Harcourt-born comedian burst into laughter, shouting:

He went on to joke that the impersonator looked like a “suffering version” of himself, prompting even more laughter from onlookers. Despite the humour, the two men shook hands warmly and shared a light-hearted moment.

The lookalike, who is reportedly also a comedian, welcomed Sabinus to Sierra Leone with a placard bearing his photo — indicating that the encounter may have taken place during a visit to the West African country.

Fans across social media platforms found the clip hilarious, with many calling for a collaboration between Sabinus and his comedic double.
