The singer recounted the experience during a recent interview, explaining that the investor reconsidered working with him after his daughter showed him the musician’s social media page.

According to Mr Eazi, the investor felt that the content portrayed him in an unfavourable light, raising concerns about how his online presence could affect his professional image.

Recalling their conversation, the singer said he questioned why their business relationship should be threatened by his TikTok activities, particularly given the scale of the deals they handled together.

“A big investor almost stopped working with me after his daughter showed him my TikTok. He said it was putting me in the wrong light. I asked, ‘We do big business together, right? So because of TikTok, you won’t work with me again?’ He said, ‘No’,” Mr Eazi recounted.

The experience highlights the potential tension between a public figure’s online personality and the image business associates expect them to maintain.

For Mr Eazi, the investor’s reaction came despite their existing business relationship, prompting him to question whether his social media content should influence professional dealings.

The singer did not disclose the investor’s identity or provide further details about the business arrangements involved.
