Judy Austin’s former husband, Mr Obasi Emmanuel, has reignited social media conversation about their past relationship by releasing additional photographs showing affectionate moments with the Nollywood actress.

Obasi previously shared an image that sparked debate over whether it was artificially generated.

Responding to these claims, he posted more photographs clearly depicting Judy Austin, including one where he carries the actress, emphasising their authenticity.

“Please, this is not an AI-generated image. Stop doubting the truth for the sake of your own peace of mind.

This compound is Judy Austin’s village house in Umuoji,” Obasi wrote in an Instagram caption accompanying the images.

He also addressed speculation that financial constraints led to the breakdown of their marriage, stating, “Some people said Judy left me because I was not rich. But let me remind them, no matter what a man does for a woman who is determined to go astray, nothing can stop her from doing so.”

This latest release follows previous controversies, including a viral video in which Obasi alleged threats to his life involving three individuals, among them Judy Austin and actor Yul Edochie.

Social media reactions to the images have been mixed. While some netizens praised Obasi for transparency and authenticity, others questioned the timing and necessity of sharing intimate photographs from a past relationship.

Comments ranged from admiration for his poise to concerns over mental attachment to a former spouse.

Earlier, Judy Austin had cautioned her fans, whom she calls ‘warriors’ or ‘Judy lovers,’ against extreme online behaviour.

She highlighted disturbing AI-generated images and messages circulating online that wished harm upon others in her name.
