In a heartfelt viral video, the mother expressed profound gratitude to Nigerians for their kindness and encouragement throughout the controversy.

She explained that she has been living with her younger sister in Ajah, adding that while some people did not want her around, others showed her overwhelming compassion.

“I’ve received mercy from God. Thank you so much to all Nigerians. I’m staying with my younger sister in Ajah. Even though some people didn’t want me around, others welcomed me, clothed me, and fed me. I’ve been happy and at peace,” she said.

Her comments come amid widespread speculation on social media claiming she had neglected Imisi before the reality star became a millionaire. She insisted she chose silence over engaging in guilt-laden narratives, maintaining that she has nothing to be ashamed of.

The mother also revealed she had no prior knowledge that Imisi had entered the BBNaija house. According to her, she was only informed late in the afternoon on the day her daughter was set to leave the house.

“I wasn’t told until around 4 p.m. to dress up because Imisi would be leaving the house that day. Let’s stop tearing each other down. Let love lead instead of hate,” she said.
