Chain Reactions Africa wins four SABRE Africa Awards 2025, including Diamond SABRE, making it Nigeria’s most awarded PR firm at this year’s event in Kenya
Chain Reactions Africa has been crowned Nigeria’s most awarded public relations consultancy at the 2025 SABRE Africa Awards, held in Mombasa, Kenya. The Lagos-based firm took home four prestigious awards, beating over 500 entries submitted from across the continent.
Leading the haul was the coveted Diamond SABRE Award for Company of the Year, won on behalf of client Dufil Prima Foods for the Indomie Heroes Awards. ‘
This standout CSR campaign spotlighted inspiring stories of young Nigerians who demonstrated courage, creativity, and compassion in their communities.
The agency also picked up two further honours for its bold #OdourPandemic campaign executed for global skincare giant NIVEA.
The campaign, which introduced the 25ml SABI roll-on, was recognised in the categories of Superior Achievement in Research and Planning and Best in the Healthcare Sector.
It reached more than 195,000 students across Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja through hygiene education drives, significantly improving personal care habits among participants.
In the Public Sector/Government category, Chain Reactions earned another win for its Striking Gold campaign, created in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, and Creative Economy (FMACCE).
The initiative boosted public understanding of the ministry’s activities and contributed to an enhanced perception of Nigeria’s creative economy.
This year’s success follows an unprecedented performance in 2024, when Chain Reactions Africa clinched seven SABRE trophies, the most ever secured by a Nigerian PR firm in a single year.
The SABRE Awards, organised by PRovoke Media, are among the most prestigious honours in the global communications industry, recognising excellence in branding, reputation management, and strategic engagement.
With this latest win, Chain Reactions Africa continues to cement its leadership in the Nigerian and African PR space. Speaking on the achievement, the company remarked, “This recognition reaffirms our commitment to storytelling that drives impact and builds trust.”
