Late Hollywood actor Chadwick Boseman has been honoured with the 2,828th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame during a ceremony in Los Angeles on Thursday, celebrating his influential career and enduring cultural impact.

Simone Ledward-Boseman delivered an emotional tribute to her late husband, speaking of her grief and gratitude as friends, family members and colleagues gathered to remember the actor.

Michael B. Jordan, Viola Davis and Ryan Coogler joined her at the event, each acknowledging the profound mark left by Boseman’s work.

Boseman, best known for his powerful portrayal of King T’Challa in Marvel’s Black Panther, became a global symbol of strength and representation.

His rise to prominence included acclaimed performances in films such as 42, Get On Up and Marshall, roles that showcased his dramatic range and commitment to portraying historical icons with dignity.
