Nigerian media personality Idowu Adeyemi, popularly known as Yhemo Lee, has sparked conversations after speaking out about **indecent dressing at gym centres, particularly among men.

Taking to his social media page, the actor addressed what he perceives as inappropriate attire worn by men during workouts.

He emphasised that indecent dressing is not gender-specific and called for more modesty, especially from male gym-goers.

“I’m not an antagonist for the gym, but I feel like we need to start dressing appropriately for the gym. If you’re not a prostitute, why would men wear tight shorts to the gym? I understand why women do it because they need to keep their breasts and bum firm when they work out, but men? As a man, why would you wear tights? And your whole outline is showing?” Yhemo Lee questioned.

While acknowledging the importance of fitness and supporting those who frequent gyms, Yhemo Lee emphasised that dressing should still respect societal standards and personal dignity.
