Phyna and Nkechi Blessing faced each other on Thursday, October 1, at the Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island as part of the celebrity boxing event.

Phyna secured victory with a fourth-round technical knockout, earning the event’s inaugural female celebrity boxing title.

Reports from the event also said the reality star received a new car and ₦50 million following her victory.

Shortly after the result was announced, Phyna turned her attention to Etinosa, who was among the celebrities present at the venue, and challenged her to become her next opponent.

Etinosa accepted the challenge, setting the stage for the possibility of another high-profile female celebrity boxing contest.

The exchange generated excitement among those at the venue, particularly after Phyna had just completed four rounds against Nkechi Blessing.

Phyna and Nkechi had previously exchanged public remarks before eventually taking their disagreement into the ring.

Their bout formed part of Balmoral’s growing celebrity boxing series, which has brought entertainers and public figures together for staged competitive bouts.

Phyna’s latest challenge now shifts attention towards Etinosa, although details of a potential fight date, venue and rules have yet to be announced.

Etinosa’s acceptance means another female celebrity bout could be in prospect at a future edition of Chaos in the Ring.
