The reality star suggested that women should share accommodation with friends or family members for company and safety.

Pere Egbi made the comments on his social media platform X, writing, “Personal advice to young women living in Nigeria who are single, don’t live alone by yourself. Have someone stay with you always. A friend, family member/s. It’s never a cool thing to live alone as a woman.”

Responding to questions from followers about whether his advice was prompted by the recent death of singer Ifunanya Nwangene, who passed away following a snake bite in her Abuja residence, Egbi said it was “everything.”

He added that, in general, living alone is “not good” regardless of gender.
