Tacha Reveals Why She Won’t Claim Her Man Without a Ring

Tacha opens up about her relationship, saying she will not publicly claim her partner until there is a ring while revealing her ideal man

Big Brother Naija ‘Pepper Dem’ star Tacha Akide has opened up about her love life, revealing that she is currently seeing someone she likes but prefers to keep the relationship away from public scrutiny.

The reality TV star made the disclosure while speaking on the Morayo Afolabi show, where she explained why she would not publicly identify the man as her boyfriend until their relationship reaches the engagement stage.

According to Tacha, relationships can change unexpectedly, making her cautious about putting a public label on something that may not last.

She said she would rather describe the man as someone she likes until he puts a ring on her finger.

“Tacha, well, there’s something I like, but if there’s no ring, are you going to come and say I’m in a relationship?”

She added that she could be in a relationship one week and single the next, which is why she prefers to protect her privacy.

“I would say that he’s somebody I like, but who knows? I could be on the show next week and say I’m not in a relationship, break up and come back, but for now I’m in a relationship.”

Tacha also spoke about the emotional demands that can come with life in the entertainment industry.

Despite being surrounded by people and enjoying a successful career, she said there can be a sense of loneliness at the top.

“In this industry, you need that one person because it is always lonely at the top.”

The reality star also opened up about the qualities she wants in a partner.

Tacha said she is attracted to quiet men but wants someone who becomes more talkative and outspoken when they are together.

She also wants a man who can maintain his composure and confidence in public while keeping a relatively private personality.

According to her, her ideal partner should be hardworking, amazing and deeply committed to his faith.

“Wow, I love very quiet guys. I want you to be very talky around me, very outspoken around me, but outside maintain steeze, somebody that keeps to himself, an amazing hardworking guy and also need to love God as much as I do.”

Tacha further joked that she does not want a man who is more handsome than her, insisting that she would rather be the “very fine one”.

She also made it clear that financial stability matters to her, saying she does not want to deal with a partner who would make her manage his “roller coaster of emotions”.

For now, Tacha appears content to keep the identity of the man in her life private, making it clear that a ring could be the point at which she becomes comfortable publicly confirming the relationship.
