The Pan African Writers Association (PAWA) has officially commiserated with Ghana following the devastating Air Force helicopter crash on August 6, 2025.

In a poignant letter signed by PAWA President, Professor Bill Ndi, and Secretary-General, Dr. Wale Okediran, the association extended deepest sympathies to President John Mahama, the Ghanaian government, and the entire Ghanaian nation, both at home and abroad.
