In a heartfelt message posted on X, the artist revealed the depths of criticism, self-doubt and personal rejection she endured while striving for musical authenticity.

According to GoodGirl LA, even close friends and family doubted her, labelling her a failure and distancing themselves from her during difficult times.

She admitted to facing prolonged isolation and emotional strain, all while rejecting lucrative opportunities that conflicted with her core values.

“Even my own parents did too and called me a failure… But I won’t sell my soul just to belong and keep up appearances,” she wrote.

I didn’t change, I became. My inner child is the original brains behind who I am now — she knew, she was right and I’m listening.

Despite the setbacks, she remained committed to her craft, focusing on self-mastery and integrity.

Now returning with what she calls a “neo Gworld order,” GoodGirl LA promises a new wave of music, visuals, and fashion deeply rooted in unapologetic authenticity.

Her post also extended sincere gratitude to fans and supporters who stood by her.

She credited their loyalty as the light that guided her through darkness, vowing that her renewed career is now a tribute to those who believed in her before the fame.
