Globacom Hosts SheGlows Summit 2025 on Wellness

Globacom’s SheGlows Summit 2025 in Lagos empowers women on wellness, leadership, and growth, reinforcing the link between wellbeing and performance.

On October 31, 2 025, Globacom reinforced its commitment to employee growth and wellbeing at the SheGlows Summit 2025, held at the Alliance Française, Mike Adenuga Centre, Lagos.

This year’s theme, “Wellness for Growth,” highlighted the crucial link between personal wellbeing and professional performance. The summit brought together women from across all divisions to explore leadership, wellness, and empowerment.

Sessions included reflections on rest by Mrs. Olubunmi Aboderin Talabi, insights on consistency from Bunmi George, and a confidence masterclass by Ifeoma Williams, all emphasizing how wellness strengthens leadership readiness.

“The event was beyond my expectations; each speaker delivered her message beautifully, and I’ve taken so much home,” said Ifeyinwa Okoli, Team Lead, Customer Care.
