French Montana is officially engaged to Dubai Princess Sheikha Mahra, months after her public divorce and their high-profile appearances together
Rapper French Montana, 40, and Dubai royal Sheikha Mahra, 31, are engaged, according to a report by TMZ.
The couple confirmed their engagement after months of growing public speculation, having first gone public with their relationship in June 2025.
They were most recently seen together at Paris Fashion Week, where they made a splash with coordinated outfits and affectionate public appearances.
Sheikha Mahra is the daughter of UAE Prime Minister and Dubai ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Her relationship with French Montana began shortly after her highly publicized divorce from Sheikh Mana, a fellow Emirati royal and businessman.
The former couple share a daughter, born in May 2024.
In July 2024, Mahra made headlines with a bold Instagram post accusing her husband of infidelity and declaring her divorce in dramatic fashion:
“Dear Husband, as you are occupied with other companions, I hereby declare our divorce.
I divorce you, I divorce you, and I Divorce You. Take Care. Your ex-wife.”
Following her divorce, Mahra was seen giving French Montana a private tour of Dubai in late 2024.
Sources told TMZ that the pair began dating around that time.
Now, less than a year later, they are officially engaged.

Montana, born Karim Kharbouch, was previously married to designer and entrepreneur Nadeen Kharbouch from 2007 to 2014.
The pair share a 16-year-old son, Kruz Kharbouch.
The engagement marks a significant moment in pop culture and international circles — blending Hollywood celebrity with Gulf royalty.
Sheikha Mahra is a known advocate for women’s empowerment and frequently appears at high-profile cultural and political events in the UAE.
While neither Montana nor Mahra has posted the engagement officially on Instagram, multiple sources have confirmed the news to TMZ.
