Davido reveals his desire for a Davido Rihanna collaboration, alongside plans to feature Kehlani and fellow Afrobeats stars Tems, Ayra, and Morravey

Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has expressed interest in collaborating with international pop icon Rihanna.

The Nigerian singer made the revelation during a livestream hosted by Twitch streamer and fellow musician Carter Efe on Wednesday evening.

The three-hour session saw Carter Efe asking Davido about artists he would like to feature. Davido responded enthusiastically, naming Rihanna and American singer Kehlani, as well as Nigerian talents Tems, Ayra, and Morravey.

“I would definitely love to do a song with Rihanna, Kehlani as well. I think me and Rihanna would make some dope music. And also my colleagues, Tems, Ayra, and Morravey as well,” he said.

The announcement comes shortly after an AI-generated song combining Davido’s and Rihanna’s vocals went viral online, sparking excitement among fans worldwide about the potential collaboration.
