Bambam raises cervical cancer awareness, urging early screening and HPV protection for women to save lives in Nigeria
Bambam Cervical Cancer Awareness takes centre stage as actress Bamike Adenibuyan, popularly known as Bambam, and her husband, Teddy A, campaign against cervical cancer.

In a heartfelt Instagram video, the couple highlighted the importance of awareness, early screening, and protection against Human Papillomavirus (HPV), a leading cause of life-threatening diseases.
As parents of two daughters, Bambam and Teddy A emphasised their commitment to ensuring a future where their children can grow up healthy and empowered.
“Every two minutes, a woman somewhere loses her life to cervical cancer. HPV is common and often has no signs. Awareness, early screening, and protection can save lives,” Bambam stated in the video.
They encouraged open conversations in homes and communities, stressing that protecting women begins with information and action. “This conversation isn’t just for hospitals or campaigns. It starts in our homes, with love, with courage, with information,” she added.
