The virtual session is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. West Africa Time and will be hosted via Zoom, allowing participants from across West Africa and beyond to learn more about the West Africa Project Fair and its activities.

The webinar is expected to provide prospective participants and partners with practical information about the project fair, how the initiative operates and opportunities available for collaboration.

The West Africa Project Fair provides a platform for Rotarians, Rotary clubs, districts and international partners to connect around humanitarian and community development projects across the region.

Through the initiative, participating clubs can showcase projects requiring partnerships, funding or other forms of support, while visiting Rotarians and international partners can identify projects that align with their interests and development priorities.

The September 1 session is therefore expected to serve as an important engagement point for Rotarians seeking to understand the fair, explore participation opportunities and build partnerships around sustainable service projects.

Organisers are encouraging interested participants to join the webinar ahead of the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth connection.

The virtual meeting details are:

Meeting ID: 884 1841 3843
Passcode: 260671

The webinar forms part of wider efforts to strengthen the visibility of the West Africa Project Fair and create more opportunities for Rotary clubs and international partners to support impactful projects across the region.
