Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has publicly apologized to BBNaija season 10 winner Imisi Ayanwale after asking a question about Imisi’s mother during her birthday party that sparked online backlash.

In a video shared on Instagram, Nkechi stated the question was never intended to chase clout, adding, “If you find my question offensive, I am sorry. Find a place in your heart to forgive me.”

The controversy stems from Imisi’s strained relationship with her mother, who publicly expressed frustration over living conditions despite Imisi’s N150 million BBNaija win. Imisi clarified she had supported her mother over the years and could not use her prize money for the comfort of a single family member while others depended on her.
