She playfully invited Santa Claus to visit for the sake of her daughter, Yakira, signalling the start of new family traditions.

“Santa, please stop here for Yakira… Christmas 2025… A very personal one for me. It’s my first Christmas as a mom, my daughter’s first Christmas. New family tradition unlocked,” she wrote.

Makinwa revealed that she personally decorated her home, aiming to revive family traditions from her own childhood. She added a touch of humour to her post, saying, “‘Tis the season, guys… prepare to be sick of me.”
