Nigerian Afrobeats star Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, has jokingly declared a new title for himself, telling fans to address him as “Sir Eazi” after revealing strands of grey hair in a recent video shared online.

In the light-hearted clip, Oluwatosin Ajibade drew attention to the visible grey strands on his head and mockingly insisted that the change warranted a new level of respect.

“From now on, you guys have to add ‘sir’ to my name. Because I am not anybody’s mate. So when you see me now, say ‘Sir Eazi,’” Oluwatosin Ajibade said, smiling as he pointed to his hair.

The playful announcement follows days of online speculation after fans noticed the grey hair during recent public appearances.

While some social media users attributed the change to stress, others humorously suggested married life might be responsible.

Oluwatosin Ajibade married actress and fashion entrepreneur Temi Otedola in 2025 in one of Nigeria’s most talked-about celebrity unions.
