Liquorose opens up in a revealing interview about her stage name, family, marriage plans, and dream of having nine children

Reality TV star and actress Rosaline “Liquorose” Omokhua has opened up about her stage name, family life, and personal aspirations during an interview on the Off the Top podcast with VJ Adams.

Liquorose explained that her stage name combines her love for liquor and her birth name, Rosaline.

“I picked Liquorose on December 31, 2012. I drink like liquor, and my name is Rosaline. I’m a very shy person, too. My mum says in her language, ‘Alcohol is never shy,’” she said.

The BBNaija star also spoke about missing her family due to her hectic schedule. “I don’t go home often, it’s bad. I miss my home, I miss my bed. We are very close in my family; we know how to make each other laugh and share stories,” she said, noting her last visit home was the previous year.

Looking ahead, Liquorose shared her ambitions for marriage and family, revealing her dream of having nine children.

She also reflected on how her perspective on weddings has evolved. “Growing up, I used to be that girl who could get married quietly, and nobody would know. At one point, I thought… I want a two-week wedding. I want something loud because it’s going to be a lot. Liquorose is taken! Officially. I have to do that,” the 30-year-old actress stated.
