Nigeria, April 2026: Gospel singer Kehinde Adebodu is mourning the loss of his twin brother and long time music partner, Taiwo Adegbodu, as he marked his first Easter celebration without him following Taiye’s passing on March 1, 2026.

In an emotional message shared to reflect the solemn occasion, Kehinde described his grief and the difficulty of celebrating a major religious milestone without his twin, with whom he shared both a personal bond and a decades long musical partnership.

“I am broken, my very first Easter celebration without you Amole Mi,” he wrote, expressing the depth of his loss in heartfelt terms that resonated with fans and followers.

The Kehinde Adebodu mourns Taiye moment has drawn attention to the enduring connection between the brothers, who performed together for over twenty years as the Adegbodu Twins.
