Kai Cenat praises Nigeria as first country he felt love

American streamer Kai Cenat says Nigeria is the first country where he felt “100 per cent love” during a visit to Lagos State Governor Sanwo-Olu

American digital creator and streamer Kai Cenat has described Nigeria as the first country where he experienced “100 per cent love,” during a recent courtesy visit to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at Lagos House, Marina.

Cenat, who first visited Nigeria in 2024, said he returned to follow up on several projects initiated during his previous visit. “I am glad to be here. I love coming here. When I landed, the love was crazy. Nigeria is the first country I felt like 100 per cent love,” he said.

Governor Sanwo-Olu welcomed Cenat and shared details of his administration’s youth empowerment initiatives and tourism-boosting programmes.

The governor highlighted the Eyo Cultural Festival held last December, which drew 10,000 participants and thousands of spectators.

Cenat’s visit reflects his growing connection with Nigeria and underscores the country’s rising influence in the global digital and entertainment landscape.
