Nigerian TikTok creator Jarvis has voiced her growing frustration with her partner, Peller, during a heartfelt live session with fellow streamer Sandra Benede.

Jarvis revealed that she has repeatedly compromised her personal values to maintain their relationship. She admitted to doing things she dislikes just to please Peller and support his content style, even when it clashed with her brand identity.

“In the beginning, it was difficult accepting his character. Now I have tolerated so many things that do not suit my brand, things I don’t like doing, things I haven’t done, but I have done it with him online,” she shared emotionally.

She added that even when she objects before content is posted, she is persuaded to participate out of love, only to face criticism afterward. “Who is losing value? Is it me or him? Na woman go dey lose value now, man dey lose value?” she asked.

Jarvis expressed concern that societal standards often place women at a disadvantage, noting how quickly men can recover from public controversies.

She lamented the perception that she is competing with her partner, saying, “They even said I’m doing competition. Like, they feel I am not supposed to do what he does.”
