Emmanuel Iren Nigeria message urges national reform through prayer and action after PFN Youth President’s visit to military personnel in Lagos

President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria Youth Wing, Pastor Emmanuel Iren, on Tuesday called for renewed national commitment and practical action to address Nigeria’s challenges, following a courtesy visit to military personnel in Lagos.

Emmanuel Iren Nigeria message was shared in a post on Instagram, where the cleric reflected on his engagement with military personnel described as “watchmen” stationed in Lagos, noting their dedication and sense of duty to the nation.

Pastor Emmanuel Iren, who is also the lead pastor of Celebration Church International, said the visit offered him deeper insight into the sacrifices and commitment of members of the armed forces.

He described the military personnel he met as “good men” who demonstrated strong patriotism and concern for national stability, adding that their service left a lasting impression on him.

Emmanuel Iren Nigeria message further emphasised the importance of combining prayer with tangible action, stressing that both spiritual commitment and practical engagement are necessary for national development.

In a powerfully worded statement, he declared that Nigeria must work, underscoring his belief that collective responsibility is required to move the country forward.

He also announced that the PFN Youth Wing is preparing a humanitarian initiative aimed at supporting vulnerable members of society, describing it as a project that will require volunteer participation.

According to him, the initiative is intended to provide meaningful assistance to those in need, with calls for volunteers expected to be issued in due course.
