Justice M. A. Savage delivered the ruling at the Ikeja division on 22 January 2026, pending the determination of a substantive suit filed by the clergyman.

The court ordered that the defendants must not publish any alleged private materials, including chats, conversations, texts, pictures, or videos involving Pastor Okafor.
