“Upon arrival, students must report to their designated Halls of Residence with receipts of full service charge payment, printed accommodation slips, and proof of medical registration,” an official communication from the Institute noted.

GST examinations for Years 3 to 5, including carryovers, are set for Saturday, 13 September 2025.

Formal examinations begin Monday, 15 September and conclude on Saturday, 27 September, after which students in those levels will vacate their halls of residence.

Year 1 and 2 students will move into the Halls on Sunday, 28 September.

Their lecture mop-up begins on Monday, 29 September and ends on Saturday, 4 October. Their GST exams are slated for Friday, 3 and Saturday, 4 October.

Main examinations will run from Monday, 6 October to Saturday, 18 October 2025.

To be eligible for exams, all students must finalise fee payments by Monday, 1 September 2025 (Year 3–5) and Monday, 22 September 2025 (Year 1 & 2).

Upon arrival, students must report to their designated Halls of Residence with receipts of full service charge payment, printed accommodation slips, and proof of medical registration.
