Davido brings his 5IVE Tour to Nigeria this October–December, with stops in Akwa Ibom, Adamawa, Enugu, Ibadan, and Lagos. Fans set for a cultural homecoming

Grammy-nominated Afrobeats superstar Davido has officially announced the Nigerian leg of his ‘5IVE’ tour, set to kick off on October 26, promising an electrifying cultural homecoming for fans across the country.

The announcement follows a hugely successful North American tour, where the artist performed to sold-out venues and represented Nigeria on global stages.

Sharing the news on social media, the artist—born David Adeleke—expressed how deeply personal this leg of the tour is.

“I’m blessed to perform all around the world, and everywhere I go, Nigeria goes with me. But this time… I’m bringing it HOME,” Davido wrote.
“This one’s for the culture. This one’s personal. This one’s for US.”

The 5IVE tour, which supports Davido’s fifth studio album of the same name, will cover five major Nigerian cities:

October 26 – Akwa Ibom
October 29 – Adamawa
November 1 – Enugu
November 9 – Ibadan
December 25 – Lagos (Grand Finale, Christmas Day)

Described by fans and critics alike as a genre-defining album, 5IVE was released in April 2025 and features global and local collaborators such as Odumodublvck, Becky G, and Shenseea. The album has already racked up millions of global streams.

The Nigerian leg will feature high-energy live performances, tailored to reflect the unique vibe of each city—from Akwa Ibom’s vibrant South-South energy to the festive climax in Lagos on Christmas Day.

Davido’s international performances in 2025 included:
