Kola, who had openly professed love to fellow housemate Dede, has decided to retreat from the romantic pursuit. Dede, however, has consistently maintained that she’s in a committed relationship outside the house and only wants friendship with Kola.

Despite her stance, Kola had struggled to let go, often questioning her interactions with other male housemates like Jason Jae and Koyin.

Following a therapy session with in-house psychologist Ibifubara and a candid diary room conversation with Biggie, Kola admitted he felt emotionally toyed with.

Speaking to housemate Sabrina, Kola voiced his fears:

“I hope my team changes the narrative of this Ozo and Nengi thing; I will do the same when I come out.”

This powerful self-awareness moment seems to have triggered a change in his game. He vowed to give Dede space and focus on his individual journey.
