2Face opens up on past mistakes, London arrest, and marriage struggles

Nigerian musician 2Face (Innocent Idibia) admits he wishes he could correct past mistakes in his career and personal life, including his October 2025 London arrest

Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Face, has admitted that he regrets several decisions he made in the past, both in his professional career and personal life.

Speaking in a snippet from the upcoming episode of the Mic On podcast, the “African Queen” crooner revealed his desire to turn back time and make amends.

“There are so many things I wish I could rewind and do better. As a human being, there are times when you are overwhelmed or don’t make the best decisions. My thick skin is weaker now,” he said.

Addressing his alleged altercation with his new wife, Natasha Osawaru, which led to his arrest in London in October 2025, 2Face admitted fault, calling it an unfortunate incident.

“I was angry that day. It was an unfortunate incident,” he confessed.
