Speaking during a live session hosted by comedian Carter Efe, Yhemolee said he earned his first ₦1 million in 2014 while he was a 300-level student at Obafemi Awolowo University.

The Yhemolee financial journey, he explained, began as a breakthrough moment that changed his outlook on income and opportunities.

He did not disclose the exact venture but indicated it marked the start of his rise within Nigeria’s entertainment and nightlife scene.

When asked about his first ₦100 million, Yhemolee said he achieved the milestone in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, a period when many sectors experienced economic disruption.

Despite the downturn, he described the period as unexpectedly lucrative for some individuals, suggesting that timing and location played a decisive role in financial success.

During the exchange, Carter Efe joked that he did not make similar gains during the pandemic.

Yhemolee responded with a light-hearted remark, noting that the comedian was based in Ughelli at the time rather than Lagos, implying that opportunities were more abundant in the commercial hub.

Beyond his earnings, Yhemolee has recently drawn attention for personal milestones, including gifting his father a house in Lekki and previously presenting his mother with a new Lexus vehicle.
