Nigerian singer Timi Dakolo has shared an emotional message directed at men, urging them to speak up about personal struggles rather than suffer in silence.

Timi messages to men  was posted on his social media page amid ongoing public conversations around relationships and mental health, following recent discussions surrounding broadcaster Frank Edoho’s marital situation.

In the post, Timi Dakolo encouraged his “brothers” not to suppress emotional pain, stressing that openness is healthier than silence.

“Brotherly no die in silence, talk how e dey do you,” he wrote, adding that he would “rather see you in tears than in a coffin.”

He further noted that regret should not become a recurring outcome in people’s lives, stating that “had I known” is not something to be taken lightly.

In a separate message, the singer also reflected on marriage, describing it as challenging while urging couples to show gratitude and avoid mocking others experiencing difficulties in their relationships.

“Marriage no easy o, if your own dey work, thank God and enjoy am. No mock people wey dey struggle with am,” he added.

Dakolo, who has often spoken openly about family and relationships, has been married to his wife Busola Dakolo for over a decade, with the couple frequently sharing moments of their family life publicly.
