The reality television star spoke about the experience, explaining how difficult it has been to watch her mother live with the effects of the condition and continue working towards recovery.

According to Temi, she often feels bad for her mother because, despite her daily efforts, she sometimes struggles to recognise the progress she is making.

The BBNaija winner described the experience as deeply painful, saying it was something she would not wish on anyone.

“My mum had her stroke when I was 16. I still feel bad for her because she tries her best every day, but she doesn’t feel like she’s making progress. It’s something I don’t want to wish on anybody, but I still see her as my mum,” Temi said.

Her remarks offered a personal glimpse into the emotional challenges of having a loved one living with the effects of a stroke.

Temi’s account also highlighted her concern for her mother as she continues to navigate the difficulties associated with recovery. Despite the emotional strain, she made it clear that the condition has not changed the way she regards her mother.

By emphasising that she still sees her as her mum, the reality star underscored the importance of their relationship beyond the challenges posed by her mother’s health.
