Despite the prolonged outage, the university has yet to issue any official statement, creating frustration and uncertainty among the student body about their academic progress.

Students affected are encouraged to register their complaints through official channels:

Email: dea@noun.edu.ng
Support Portal: https://support.nou.edu.ng

“Students cannot remain silent while access to learning is blocked,” said one concerned NOUN student. “We deserve updates and prompt action to safeguard our academic progress.”

The outage has impacted access to courses including GST302 and DES303, among others. The situation highlights the urgent need for improved communication and service reliability from the National Open University of Nigeria.

Students are urged to take immediate action and submit complaints to ensure management addresses the issue promptly.
