Lizzy Anjorin faces a court order barring her from posting photos of Priscilla Ojo’s son on social media pending further proceedings
A Lagos State High Court has restrained Nollywood actress Elizabeth Lawal, popularly known as Lizzy Anjorin, from publishing or circulating photographs of the one-year-old son of actress Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
Justice Yetunde Adesanya issued the ex-parte order on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at the Lagos Judicial Division in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026.
The application was brought by Priscilla Ojo, identified in the court document as Mrs Priscilla Ajoke Ojo Mkambala, her husband Juma Mussa Mkambala, and their son, Master Rakeem Mkambala.
According to a certified true copy of the order shared by Priscilla on Instagram on Friday, the court directed Anjorin to stop publishing, posting, uploading, circulating or broadcasting photographs of the child on her social media platforms.
The platforms listed in the order include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok.
The court order also named several social media accounts allegedly associated with Anjorin, including @lizzyanjorin_originallawal, @lizzyanjorin_original, @lizzyanjorin_legal_mrslawal and @yeyemesho_luxuryfabric1, as well as a Facebook page identified as Lizzyanjorin2.
Beyond the child’s photographs, Justice Adesanya also restrained Anjorin from publishing or broadcasting editorials concerning the applicants through the specified social media platforms.
The restrictions will remain in place pending the hearing and determination of the substantive Motion on Notice filed in the case.
The order stated that Anjorin, her agents, representatives, employees or anyone acting under her authority must cease such publications during the interim period.
The application was heard ex parte, meaning the interim request was considered without Anjorin being present or heard at that stage.
Such orders are temporary measures and do not represent a final determination of the underlying dispute.
Further proceedings will determine the substantive issues before the court.
The court also directed that the case file be returned to the Registry of the High Court of Lagos State for reassignment to the appropriate division.
The order was signed and sealed by Legal Registrar Omokhudu-Omahoin Onivenu and issued under the authority of the court on September 2.
The Lizzy Anjorin court order comes against the backdrop of a prolonged public dispute involving Anjorin and members of Priscilla Ojo’s family, particularly her mother, veteran actress Iyabo Ojo.
The disagreement has played out extensively on social media over the past two years and has previously resulted in legal action, including a ₦1 billion defamation suit filed by Iyabo Ojo against Anjorin.
In recent public comments, Anjorin also made claims concerning the parentage of Priscilla’s child.
Those claims could not be independently verified and are not contained in the interim order reviewed for this report.
Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, the son at the centre of the latest court order, was born in Canada in August 2025.
The case now moves to its next stage as the parties await further proceedings on the substantive application.
As of Friday, September 4, Anjorin had not publicly responded to the latest court order.
