Kayikunmi BBNaija eviction came as no surprise to fans who sensed the 25-year-old housemate struggled to shine amid the overwhelming personality of fellow housemate Isabella, with whom he was romantically involved.

In a candid interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Oluwakayikunmi Ajibade, known as Kayikunmi, reflected on his short-lived journey in Big Brother Naija Season 10, admitting that his reserved personality may have been drowned out by Isabella’s more dominant presence.
“In a relationship, there’s always a stronger person. She was much more outgoing than I was, she was louder.
I was more calm and reserved,” Kayikunmi said.
The Ekiti-born ex-housemate suggested that Isabella’s controversial presence in the house affected his social interactions. According to him, some housemates avoided him entirely because of their opinion of her.
“A lot of people didn’t get to know me for me… not everyone liked Isabella,” he said. “So when I tried to engage certain housemates, I was shut out because they didn’t want drama.”
Despite the social dynamics working against him, Kayikunmi handled the situation with maturity, acknowledging the reality of the game with grace.
“Regardless, I think it was not necessarily negative, but it is what it is. I can’t cry over spilt milk,” he said.
Kayikunmi’s eviction, alongside Otega, took place on Sunday, August 18, marking one of the first major exits in a season already filled with unpredictable twists.
Big Brother Naija Season 10 kicked off with a double premiere on July 26 and 27, introducing a fresh batch of housemates vying for fame, fans, and fortune.

While Kayikunmi’s time was cut short, his calm energy and honest reflection post-eviction suggest that this may just be the beginning of his journey in the public eye.
