Jaywon reacts to claims of picking sides in the Wizkid and Davido’s beef, saying being close to Davido doesn’t make him Wizkid’s enemy
Jaywon, Wizkid and Davido’s beef rumors have surfaced online, but the Afrobeats singer has now cleared the air.

In a video shared via his TikTok page, Jaywon addressed critics accusing him of picking sides in the ongoing tension between music heavyweights Wizkid and Davido.
Jaywon, known for his hit track This Year, dismissed the allegations as completely absurd.
“So because I’m close to Davido that has automatically made me an enemy of Wizkid?” he questioned. “Please make it make sense. Make me understand this. I don’t get it.”
The singer emphasized that his friendship with Davido does not translate into hostility towards Wizkid, urging fans not to project rivalry where there is none.
