The woman, Emani Ellis, testified Monday that the Grammy-winning rapper spat on her, used racial slurs, body-shamed her, and left her with a cut on her face following a confrontation at a Los Angeles obstetrician’s office.

At the time, Cardi B was four months pregnant.

According to court records, Ellis approached Cardi B with her phone while working security at the medical facility.

The rapper allegedly became enraged, accusing Ellis of attempting to expose her private visit.

“After she heard me say her name, she turned back around and the first thing out of her mouth was … ‘Why the f–k you telling people that you see me?,’” Ellis testified in court.

She further claimed Cardi B threatened to have her fired, insulted her profession, and even tried to hit her.

While the attempted punch missed, Ellis alleges a scratch from Cardi’s nail left her needing plastic surgery.

The lawsuit, filed for assault and battery, revives a disturbing chapter that had largely flown under the radar until now.

Ellis is seeking damages for the alleged physical and emotional harm.

Cardi B’s legal team has not yet issued a public statement regarding the allegations.
