Custody Drama Deepens as Linus Williams Ifejirika Is Moved Over Health Issues

Blord at Kuje Prison: Health Concerns deepen as the businessman is reportedly moved from a criminal cell after falling ill in custody

Nigerian businessman Linus Williams Ifejirika, widely known as Blord, has reportedly been relocated from a criminal cell at Kuje prison over health concerns following his recent remand by the Federal High Court.

Linus Williams Ifejirika was remanded for 26 days after being arraigned on multiple charges, including impersonation of VeryDarkMan and alleged forgery.

Providing an update via Instagram, VeryDarkMan claimed that Linus Williams Ifejirika had been unwell since 6 April 2026.

According to the post, the businessman was initially held in a section of the facility informally referred to as “Egypt 2” before being transferred to a segregation unit due to his deteriorating condition.

VeryDarkMan further alleged that the original section housed high-risk inmates, including individuals convicted of violent crimes, and suggested that the relocation was a necessary move prompted by health concerns.

In a separate remark, VeryDarkMan criticised Omoyele Sowore, a human rights activist and former presidential candidate, stating that efforts to secure Linus Williams Ifejirika’s release had not succeeded.

VeryDarkMan added that there was now a willingness to “temper mercy” regarding the situation.

The case has attracted significant public attention, particularly following earlier criticism from Omoyele Sowore, who questioned the speed and manner of the remand proceedings and accused VeryDarkMan and associated parties of acting oppressively.
