The Nollywood actor and filmmaker, famed for his role in Jenifa’s Diary, took to Instagram to share stunning photos and a heartfelt message celebrating his partner’s acceptance.

Makinde revealed that his beloved said “yes” several months ago, and he is now excited to begin this new chapter in his life. Expressing gratitude, he credited his faith for guiding him through this significant milestone.
“Some months ago, the love of my life said YES to me and I was most delighted,” he wrote. “Truthfully, it has always seemed very far-fetched but just like every other BIG step I have taken in life, I sought God’s face and trust me, He has always led me aright.”
Adding a touch of humour, Makinde joked about the ring size: “I had only one job — to get a ring that fit perfectly — but I blew it and got a bigger size. Anyways, that has been sorted now. Na intention matter pass.”
