Promiscuity In Music Hurting Artists – Ubi Franklin

Promiscuity in the music industry is destroying careers, Ubi Franklin warns. He says male and female artists lose control once fame hits.

Promiscuity in the music industry is a rising concern, according to Nigerian talent manager Ubi Franklin. In a candid revelation on the Culture Sonic Podcast, Franklin declared that promiscuity is the biggest challenge facing artists today, regardless of gender.

He pointed out that managing artists becomes increasingly difficult after they gain fame. “The only artist that can be controlled is the one that has not had a hit,” Franklin said.

“Once they have a hit, the first biggest problem is womanising. For female singers, it’s promiscuity as well.”

The entertainment industry has long been marred by controversies tied to promiscuity. From cheating scandals to leaked bedroom tapes, the pattern of reckless sexual behavior continues to damage reputations and derail careers.
