On his X account, the ‘Bad Girl’ crooner accused Nigerian politicians of prioritising personal enrichment over citizens’ welfare, alleging that leaders divert resources abroad while neglecting local healthcare infrastructure.

He wrote, “Imagine getting the chance to change your people’s future, and all you do is steal the money and ship it abroad. That’s why most of them end up dying like dogs in hospitals abroad!”

Jesse Jagz further claimed that modern Nigerian politicians serve the interests of foreign powers rather than their own citizens, arguing that the cost of living and national hardship worsened following international interference in the country’s political process.

He drew historical parallels, comparing contemporary leaders to collaborators during colonial times and condemning their complicity in sustaining systemic inequality.
