Burna Boy, born Damini Ogulu, was accompanied by his father, Samuel Ogulu, and music executive Soso Soberekon during the visit.

Details of the discussion were not disclosed. However, some observers speculate that the meeting may be linked to developmental or entertainment-related initiatives in Rivers State, given the singer’s ties to the region.

This is not the artist’s first engagement with the Rivers State Government.

In 2021, he visited the state and was honoured with the Distinguished Service Star of Rivers State (DSSRS) following his Grammy win.
