Asake In God We Trust world tour announced as Afrobeats star unveils global tour dates across Europe and North America with Uncle Waffles

Afrobeats star Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake, has announced his “In God We Trust” world tour scheduled to begin in July, marking another major milestone in his fast-rising international music career.

The Nigerian singer revealed the tour details in an Instagram post, sharing official date graphics and confirming that South African disc jockey and record producer Uncle Waffles will join him as a special guest on select shows.

The tour is set to kick off on 4 July in Portimão, Portugal, before moving across major cities in North America and Europe, including Chicago, Toronto, Brooklyn, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles, London and Paris.

The packed itinerary reflects Asake’s growing global influence, with performances scheduled across some of the world’s most prominent music venues and festivals.

Ahmed Ololade, who rose to fame in 2020 with his breakout single “Lady”, has since become one of the defining voices of contemporary Afrobeats.

His career accelerated after signing with YBNL Nation and EMPIRE, a move that expanded his international reach and solidified his position in the global music scene.

Asake has released multiple successful studio albums, including “Mr Money With The Vibe” (2022), “Work of Art” (2023), “Lungu Boy” (2024), and his most recent project “M$NEY” (2025), further establishing his commercial success.
